This project involved multiple prime contracts with LA Building Contractors being the General Contractor for the job. The general scope of work involves the construction of a 36′ x 62′ wash bay as well as a 16′ x 31′ pump room for cleaning of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plow trucks and equipment.

This work includes selective demolition of existing steel retaining wall and asphalt, interior plumbing modifications including saw-cut, removal, and replacement of concrete slab, all necessary site work including excavation for footings and retaining walls, steel reinforced concrete including footings, retaining walls, concrete exterior walls up to 21′ high, and concrete aprons/floor slabs with radiant heat, carpentry including rough framing, metal wall panels, wood roof trusses and sheathing, metal roof panels, metal soffits, spray foam insulation, interior PVC wall panels, installation of fiberglass doors, frames, and louvers, installation of overhead doors, steel pipe bollards, installation of new guide rail and pipe hand rails, installation of new oil water separator, and asphalt paving. Work began in June 2019 and is currently in progress.
